Missing, Incorrect and Damaged Items
Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase in original packaging. Please see exceptions below. To return an item, please give us a call or send us an email so we can issue a Return Authorization Number and provide instructions. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package and ship the package prepaid. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. The cost of the item, minus the shipping charges, will be promptly refunded via the payment method used.
Custom fit accessories, polishers and buffers are subject to a 20% restocking fee if products have been used or opened. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product. If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately so we can get the problem corrected!
In the instance one of these situations occur, we need to be notify within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can make the correction.
Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, if you are a resident of Pennsylvania, 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase total (excluding shipping) at checkout.
1. All sales end at 11:59 pm EST on the date listed as the end date.
2. Sale prices are valid on in stock items only.
3. No rain checks.
4. Returns will adjust orders and applicable discounts accordingly.
5. Expired promotions will not apply to new orders.
6. New promotions cannot be applied to past orders.
7. All free shipping offers apply to "retail" orders shipped to one address within the continental United States.
8. Qualification for free shipping offers are after all discounts have been applied and do not include shipping charges or sales tax.
9. Promotions requiring a minimum dollar amount spent for application do not include sales tax, shipping charges, gift certificates or other similar charges towards minimum required spend.
10. Coupon codes are a combination of capital letters and/or numerals.
